Thank you very much for choosing Klondike Heliskiing. In order to facilitate the booking procedure for your dream holiday we ask you to follow the guidelines below. Before booking please phone us or fax us at one of the mentioned numbers in order to confirm open space during your desired week.

 Your booking will consist of three steps:

1. Registration form:
Please print and fill in the enclosed registration form. Before signing please read the Liability Waiver (.pdf file) carefully and state so in the registation form. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO SEND US THE LIABILITY WAIVER, the waiver has to be filled out and signed in person here with us in Canada.

2. Deposit:
To reserve your seat we also require a deposit of CD $ 1000 per person and per week (CDN $ 1500.- for private helicopter) by bank wire to. : 
   

 Please make sure that the full amount is credited to our account and all bank charges are paid beforehand. After the deposit has reached our account your seat will be firmly reserved.

PLEASE SEND OR FAX A COPY OF THE BANK TRANSFER TOGETHER WITH YOUR REGISTRATION FORM TO: 

 After receipt of your deposit and registration form we will send you a booking confirmation together with your invoice with more travel information. Should the chosen week be already booked we will contact you to find a different week which will suit your plans. If this is not possible we can put you on the waiting list or your deposit will be fully refunded.

We accept Mastercard/Eurocard, Amex and Visa for deposit payment.

3. Full payment:

Full payment is due and payable 10 weeks prior to the skiing date. Should the amount have not reached our bank account at that time, we will contact you and then your seat may be released to guests on the waiting list. The deposit with us is non refundable.

4.  Cancellation:

If cancellation is received IN WRITING up to 9 weeks prior to skiing date full refund less your deposit will be granted. No refund will be given as of 9 weeks prior to the skiing date. Therefore we recommend cancellation insurance! We can assist you in obtaining insurance.

5. Additional Information:

Heliski packages are sold in units, therefore no refund is given if there is no skiing on single days because of inclement weather or helicopter breakdown or delayed arrival or early departure in Whitehorse. If the guaranteed vertical meters are not reached we will refund you CDN $ 81.- per 1000 unskied meters. This is $ 10 more that you pay for additional 1000 m (see also schedules & rates).

Klondike Heliskiing serves a maximum of 25 guests per week and seats are selling quickly. Reserve your seat as soon as possible. Upon your reservation helicopters are leased, fuel is stored and other guests are turned down if the week is full.

We can also assist you in your travel arrangements by providing good deals for accommodation in Vancouver and the flight to Canada and Whitehorse as well as pre- or post heliskiing excursions around Vancouver and Whistler.
