Website + Brochure [26-06-09]

In order to inform our guests even better than before, we decided that it was time to update our information material. After a few months of hard work we succeeded in the effort. At the same time we put together the new brochures which are being sent out presently. Not only do these updates proof once again that “service is our success”, but they also give our guests an idea of our breathtaking, one of a kind heliski area.

Bighorn Greek Runs [02-04-09]

Bighorn Greek Runs [02-04-09]

20’000 vertical metres are standard in the heliski industry – and that is only the starting point for us. This is why we constantly add new runs for you. Towards the end of the season, on St. Patrick’s Day to be exact, one of our groups discovered a new run in the middle section of the Bighorn Creek area. In honour of the two Irish lads in the group we named the run “St. Patty’s”. Two weeks later the run “Lazy 8” was discovered on the opposite side of the valley. The proximity to Atlin and the delayd of inclement weather fronts make these runs very precious. The vertical drop of 1300 and 1100 metres respectively and the varied terrain are attributes of this new area which most certainly will be expanded with a few more runs in the coming years.

Chill-In Days cancelled [12-01-09]

Chill-In Days cancelled [12-01-09]

Unfortunately the annual KHS Chill-in-Days could not be held in 2008. Mother Nature did not cooperate, at least not in Tirol. Whereas just a few weeks later, in Canada, she looked upon us very favourably with amazing conditions for our first heliski day. We were blessed with these incredible conditions the entire season. Needless to say, Mother Nature has been forgiven!
We will certainly try and hold the Chill-in-Days again in December of 2009 in order to spend a weekend with our friends, guests, and future guests in preparation for and anticipation of the coming heliski season. Our guides will accompany you on a tour of the breathtaking ski area Leogang, Saalbach Hinterglemm and together you will explore the available off-piste runs. Further information will follow in the fall.
